Welcome to the home of the the Long Island Hurricanes.  From Long Island, NY, the Hurricanes are a non-for-profit, woman’s fast-pitch softball organization providing woman athletes with an opportunity to compete at the highest possible level.

Organizational Goals – We strive to develop a strong team and strong team players, reaching a higher level through positive attitude solid work ethic, and training, coupled with a strong emphasis on continued academic achievement and community service. Our goal is to assist in preparing players for high-school varsity teams, and laying the foundation for potential college scholarship opportunities, NCAA level advancement, and a life-time of great memories. We seek to solidify the best talent on Long Island and maximize the potential of each player.  Our approach is to improve the physical and mental skills of each athlete on the team with the ultimate goal of the team being greater than the sum to its individual parts. Our team is from all over Long Island, but we are united in our dedication to our sport and to achieving our athletic and academic goals.
